All payments shall be subject to the corresponding approved quotation, purchase order, contract, or other written agreement between the Client and IIPI. The products, services, quantities, specifications, project scope, and exclusions shall be based on the approved quotation or contract. Items not expressly included, such as line markings, logos, pedestrian lanes, or other additional works, shall be charged separately unless otherwise specified.

Payments made through our online payment facility may be applied to down payments, progress or partial billings, and full or final payments for products and services provided by IIPI.

Payment through the online facility does not, by itself, constitute acceptance of additional work or modifications outside the approved quotation or contract.

Mobilization and the project work schedule shall be agreed upon after receipt of the applicable purchase order or contract and/or required down payment and shall be subject to material availability and site readiness.

Additional mobilization costs from the project site to the IIPI warehouse and vice versa may be charged to the Client in the event of a work stoppage or interruption that is not attributable to IIPI.

Any reasonable incidental costs arising from delays, interruptions, or circumstances not attributable to IIPI may likewise be charged to the Client, subject to the applicable quotation or contract.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client shall provide IIPI, free of charge, reasonable access to electricity, water, storage or warehouse space, parking, and an appropriate work or office area at the project site as necessary for the performance of the work.

IIPI may take photographs and videos of the project site before, during, and after the performance of the work for project documentation.

Subject to applicable confidentiality arrangements and privacy requirements, such photographs and videos may also be used to document completed projects and milestones on IIPI's website, digital platforms, print materials, and other marketing channels.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in the approved quotation or contract, any excess or unused materials supplied by IIPI and remaining at the project site shall remain the property of IIPI.

IIPI may issue a Certificate of Completion and Acceptance (COCA) for partial progress or completed work. The Client or its authorized representative shall sign the COCA as acknowledgment of the completion, acceptance, and turnover of the applicable work.

Upon turnover or acceptance of the finished work, the Client shall be responsible for its proper protection and preservation, subject to the applicable warranty terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the terms of the applicable contract, IIPI's aggregate liability arising from a particular project shall not exceed the total purchase amount paid or payable to IIPI for that project.

A successful payment transaction confirms only the receipt or processing of payment. It does not amend the project's scope, price, specifications, schedule, warranty, or other terms contained in the approved quotation, purchase order, or contract.

Payments shall be considered properly credited once the transaction has been successfully confirmed and reconciled with IIPI's records.

These online Terms and Conditions supplement, and do not replace, the specific terms contained in the Client's approved quotation, purchase order, contract, or other written project agreement with IIPI.

In the event of a conflict concerning the specific scope, pricing, payment schedule, warranty, or technical requirements of a project, the terms of the applicable signed or approved project document shall govern, subject to applicable law.

By proceeding with payment, the Client confirms that they are authorized to make the payment and acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, together with the applicable quotation, purchase order, contract, or other project agreement.
